A financial institution with branches across the United States recognized the need to switch services from PRI voice circuits to SIP data circuits for 360 US sites. This transition would eliminate the need for voice circuits which would improve and simplify overall service for the client. The client required complete project and resource management across all locations for the conversion, and therefore it was essential that all involved vendors, partners, and service teams also had nationwide reach.
All project, account, and vendor management was completed by the ImagIT Project Management Office (PMO) and the team ensured that all tasks were carefully delivered on schedule by the assigned resource. ImagIT coordinated internal resources for the engineering of the transition and created project-specific training for the engineers. ImagIT also worked with the client’s on-site resources and offshore support team to communicate information and manage timelines, as well as coordinating with three different vendors for the project. The transition eliminated outdated technology, simplified services, delivered an immediate ROI, and improved the client’s nationwide infrastructure to accommodate future growth.
