A law firm needed a complete IT build-out of their new office from cabling to networking and virtualization. The client required the creation of a virtual environment to handle the necessary industry specific applications and meet business needs.
ImagIT completed all necessary low-voltage data and electricity cabling to provide the passive network infrastructure. In addition, ImagIT procured and installed all necessary hardware and peripherals for the firm to move in and be fully functional on day one. A Microsoft Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) was created with a virtual server to host the client’s processor intensive industry specific accounting software. The virtual server eliminated the need for a physical server, reducing the client’s power and cooling costs while saving space. Virtualization also gave the client better utilization of cloud based APPs such as Office 365, higher server availability, and reduced support services. In addition, ImagIT procured and configured consumer electronics to suit the offices of all employees.
ImagIT’s engineers, technicians, and project managers worked cohesively with the client’s staff to ensure a smooth process and quick turnaround. All project initiatives were successfully completed within the agreed upon time and budget.
