Major Upgrades Help Client Launch US Operations

ImagIT’s skilled cabling team created a robust passive network infrastructure at multiple locations for this new client. Challenge A Brazilian aviation services company required major passive network upgrades to nine new locations across the US. The upgrades would make the facilities fully operational for all aircraft handling, warehousing, fueling, support, and more as needed to meet the client needs, allowing them to successfully launch their US operations. Delivered Solution ImagIT first provided site-surveys to determine the needs of the tenants cross referenced with the estimations from the IT staff. Upon creation of the BoM and agreed upon number of data drops, ImagIT was able to execute hundreds of data drops well before the allotted time, ensuring a quick move in for the new tenants. ImagIT’s skilled cablers architected both the vertical and horizontal backbones that included both copper and fiber cables. All work was completed within budget and on or ahead of schedule. Complete Project Management Delivers Immediate ROI

ImagIT’s expert management on this SIP project helped improve and simplify service for the client, delivering an immediate ROI and positioning them for growth. Challenge A nationwide executive office space provider recognized the need to switch services from PRI voice circuits to SIP data circuits for 360 US sites. This transition would eliminate the need for voice circuits which would improve and simplify overall service for the client. The client required complete project and resource management across all locations for the conversion, and therefore it was essential that all involved vendors, partners, and service teams also had nationwide reach. ImagIT’s nationwide coverage and industry best practices allowed us to meet the client’s needs for a cabling project with 1200 sites and an aggressive timeline. Challenge A nationwide executive office space provider had a need for cabling upgrades and repairs, telephony, and data drops to its 1200 locations. As an expansive organization, this client needed vendors, partners, and service teams with at least equal coverage to meet project demands. Delivered Solution ImagIT’s Project Management Office (PMO) used existing processes based on best practices and industry expertise to work more efficiently and eliminate overhead while delivering a quality service to this valued customer. ImagIT completed the cabling and data drop portion of the project in North America through the partnership with a trusted telephony partner. ImagIT’s PMO worked with the client and the telephony partner to communicate with the client on each site’s environment, select qualified ImagIT engineers, and create streamlined schedules. ImagIT’s complete coordination of this wireless upgrade project delivered on the client’s request for simultaneous installation at multiple large distribution warehouses. Challenge A nationwide supply chain services company needed end-to-end project management on a wireless network upgrade for 17 large distribution warehouses spread throughout the U.S. Due to a strict time constraint the client required simultaneous and continuous installations for the entirety of the project and a project management team to coordinate all schedules.
